“A Conversation with Diane Disney”

I just read a lovely article from the Disney Insider blog that is an interview with the late Diane Disney, Walt Disney’s oldest child. It’s a very interesting article. Diane let’s us in on her father’s personality in a intimate way, as she recollects fond memories from her childhood. While reading the article, I had a sense of Walt Disney as a father, not the iconic mastermind that he normally represents for me.

Imagine growing up with the Walt Disney Studios as your playground! Diane explains how ‘normal’ the office setting was, making the studios appear as a second-home to her. It’s a very sweet article that I wanted to share with you and I hope you enjoy! (click here)

  1. I read this article and thought the same thing, having Disney Studios as my “playground.” What a dream come true. Such an amazing woman who treasured her father’s legacy.
